Are you a business owner who is focused on the success of your business but are too busy to do your own accounts? Do you own a small firm and cannot afford to hire someone on a full-time basis? Are you one of the many people who do not like doing your own book-keeping or consider it a very complex or time consuming job?
If so, then RS Bookkeeping Solutions is for you. The service is tailored to meet your budget and individual needs whether it be daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annually.
At your initial FREE consultation, we will discuss your requirements and whether you would like me to collect your records or whether you would prefer to drop them off to me. Alternatively, they can be sent by recorded delivery or email. For larger accounts, I can work from your office.
The practice holds professional indemnity insurance with Solar Insurance Services Ltd and full certificate of compliance with the International Association of Book-keepers. Therefore, your papers are in safe hands.
I take data security and the privacy of your business and personal information very seriously, and my service is designed with your privacy in mind. To meet your security needs, I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under the Data Protection Act.
Location
Though I am a local bookkeeper to Bournemouth & Poole in Dorset, I provide bookkeeping services to small businesses across the UK.
I can work with clients further a field from Bournemouth using secure online tools for communication, cloud-based storage and bookkeeping software. Documents can also be sent by recorded delivery.

Experience
I have over 16 years' experience in bookkeeping and accountancy, including 6 years international experience.
During my career, I have gained a wide range of skills and knowledge in bookkeeping, accountancy, management accounting, reporting, company start-ups, administration, payroll and human resources. I am also able to work at a strategic level, with experience of planning accountancy strategy for new businesses.
I have experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, professional services such as dental practices, medical services, insurance brokers, garages, as well as wholesalers, retailers and non-for-profit organisations.
During my career I've had a few state audits and always received positive reviews from the officers after inspection.
I speak three languages, which enables me to explain the business matters, provide information and help customers to understand complicated bookkeeping terminology in English.
Software
Qualifications & Memberships
Raminta is a certified member in practice of the International Association of Bookkeepers and working towards further accountancy qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
She is also a Xero-certified advisor and payroll specialist as well as a QuickBooks Online certified ProAdvisor.
Raminta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Business Administration with the specialisation of Finance Management from Kaunas University of Technology. This is comparable to a UK Bachelor’s degree standard and the grade achieved would be equivalent to a ‘first class’ degree in the UK.
About Me
All my working life I have been passionate about the role bookkeepers and accountants play in the business, so I started up RS Bookkeeping Solutions in 2016.
I am dedicated to continued professional development in an effort to deliver services of the highest standards to my customers.
I love my job and the flexibility of running my own business. It is also a great pleasure to be a part of the successful businesses and assist the business owners.
I love the English countryside, theatres, galleries and museums so weekends are spent walking on the Purbecks and visiting places of interest with my husband.
When our children are at home, I like to cook cakes and pastries and spend time as a family. We all like to travel and have regular visits from friends and family who have come to appreciate the beauty of the Dorset countryside.
My interests include playing SUDOKU, reading, knitting, crocheting, sewing and tailoring. I also enjoyed selling space on a local restaurant wall to exhibit my son’s artwork.
